Before proceeding with the application, please read the following:

  • To be considered for the URECA Michael F. Peterson Youth Leadership Challenge, parent(s)/guardian(s) of the applicant must be current members of STRATA Networks.
  • Person applying must be a high school junior, going into their senior year.
  • All items must be completed and returned to STRATA Networks no later than March 5, 2021.
  • In order for an application to be complete, the following items must be submitted:
    • Application Form (online or hard copy)
    • Unofficial High School Transcript

If selected, you may be asked to participate in an interview and to provide a high-resolution photo for promotional materials. For questions, call 435‑622‑5007 or email marketing@stratanetworks.com.
